1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Return Request Time

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.

3. No Return Conditions

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Used or damaged products by the customer

  • Requests made after 7 days

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged or incorrect products

  • Once your return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • In most cases, we offer replacement instead of refund

5. Exchange Policy

If your product is defective or incorrect, we will replace it free of cost
