Refund & Reshipment Conditions
Samanona offers refunds or reshipments only under the following conditions:
1. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof.
After verification a replacement or refund will be issued.
2. Missing Items
Any missing items must be reported within 2 days of receiving the order.
Once confirmed we will arrange a refund or reshipment.
3. Order Not Delivered
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Delays caused by customs clearance, logistics issues, weather, or courier delays
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Customer refusal to accept the package
Minor color, size, or design differences due to screen display or manufacturing batches
Change of mind after shipment
Returns
Due to international shipping, returns are not generally encouraged.
If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs & Duties
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
